Matt
Richardson – President & CEO
Matt Richardson is the President & CEO of SDCR Business
Systems. The son of SDCR’s original founder Bob Richardson,
Matt has led the company since 1985, and having entered the
business 15 years prior to that, Matt is widely considered
a true industry expert. He holds a BA in Marketing from San
Diego State University and is involved in a number of business
organizations including The Executive Committee (TEC) –
an organization for CEOs, Management Action Programs (MAP),
Toshiba board of business strategy U.S. 1988-1990.

Pelle Atterholm – Director
of Marketing
Pelle joined SDCR in early 2001 when he decided to leave the
world of dot.coms to its inevitable tragic fate. As a MarCom
Specialist and Project Manager for two different start-ups,
Pelle developed a broad range of strategies in the fields
of technical marketing, media, and innovative promotions.
His primary responsibilities at SDCR consist of support for
continued sales profitability and market brand awareness.
He holds Bachelor degrees in Communications & Journalism,
and a Masters of Science in Information Systems from Hawaii

Ed
Herrera – Vice President, Sales
Ed graduated from San Diego State University in 1978 with a BS degree in Marketing. He then began his career in Point-of-Sale (actually, cash registers at the time) with SDCR in 1978 working alongside Matt Richardson, reporting to Matt's dad, Bob. Shortly thereafter Ed decided to take the corporate route and went to work for NCR in 1979 for the next five years. He then had stops at a DTS dealer in LA (for 3 years); Regional Manager at Panasonic POS Corp in Atlanta (for 5 years); Branch Manager at Appel Company (for 13 years); then back to SDCR in his current position as VP of Sales in June of 2005.

Frank
Silva – Manager, Technical Services
Frank has worked
in a number of capacities at SDCR including a member of
the Service Department, Project and Account Manager. As Manager of Technical Services, Frank now has the responsibility for improving the service levels for
the company. Frank has also gained invaluable experience as
a Project Manager and then as a Call Center Manager prior
to assuming his role for SDCR. In his current role, Frank has
been responsible for implementing a call tracking system,
WennSoft, and developing new service level standards. Frank
brings over 15 years of Point-of-Sale support and implementation
experience and holds an A.A.S. degree in Electronics Engineering
Technology from ITT Technical Institute. :: Frank

Stuart
Kass – Manager, Professional Services
Stuart grew up in Philadelphia as a die hard Eagles fan, moved to San Diego in 1991, and became a die hard Padres fan (but still an Eagles fan!). Worked for several years at Rockin' Baja Lobster as a Manager, then GM, and finally as IT Manager in charge of POS. Stuart then decided to ultimately make the move from restaurants to technology and joined SDCR in December 2003. Pat
Cowan – Controller
Pat Cowan joined the SDCR team as Controller in 2006. She heads up the finance department and manages the financial relationships both internally and externally for the company. After arriving in San Diego in 1992, Pat worked as Accountant at Diving Unlimited International, and lastly as Controller at Autofusion, Inc. Pat holds a degree in French and Linguistics from Montclair State University after which she decided to enter the world of accounting at Seton Hall University (Go Pirates!) :: Pat can be reached at 800-683-2778 ext 165.

Richard
A. Hunter – Depot Repair Center Manager
Dick supervises the daily operations of the Depot Repair Center
and its staff. He works closely with customers, vendors, and
staff to produce and deliver the highest possible quality
support product. Dick started in the electrical construction
trade, moved to the Cash Register/POS field with NCR as a
field technician, and the joined the founding father of SDCR
in 1970. Dick has worked continually with both on-site and
corporate management groups to support the various types of
software and hardware systems supported by SDCR. ::

Thomas
Colbert – Purchasing & IT Manager
Thomas handles SDCR's internal IT needs, as well as all purchasing of hardware, software, and peripherals. An SDCR veteran since 1987, Thomas
is an avid bicycle rider as well as mountain climber.
When he's not fulfilling orders or maintaining the network,
Thomas spends his time with wife Donna and their sparkplug of a son Thomas Jr.
