Technical Support Representative
Full
time technician needed to provide phone help desk support
for nationwide Point-of-Sale Customers.
Duties
will include providing support for software and hardware problems,
detailed call logging of events, call escalation if necessary,
ensuring resolution, and good customer satisfaction. The technician
will support the installation department with programming
of data, live support, and customer training. SDCR operates a
24x7 Call Center. Schedules vary and flexible on-call duty
will be required.
Experience
with DOS, Windows 95/98/XP/NT/2000, Windows Networking, Aloha,
Sable, CTC, or PCRegister POS systems. Must have hardware
and software troubleshooting experience, excellent problem
solving skills, customer service skills, professional attitude,
and excellent communication skills.
Compensation
based on previous experience.
