POP-UP Screens for Easy Operation
The unique "Key Link" feature allows you to display a list of items, condiments and/or functions. A new screen can be opened by pressing a Key Link or be automatically triggered when an item is entered. Key Links have many potential uses, for example:

• A single key, labeled "juice list" could display a window with a list of juice flavor selections. Simply touch the item on the window to register it.
• Options or condiments associated with an item can be displayed for selection when an item is registered. Depending upon your menu, a single item, or multiple items can be selected from a Key Link. Using Key Links in this manner, you can be assured the appropriate options are offered for each item you sell and that complete, accurate and understandable instructions are sent to your kitchen.
• A Key Link can include any combination of items, condiments or functions. Functions such as discounts or payment options can be listed on a Key Link to save keyboard space for the most frequently used functions and items.

Employee Timekeeping
The SPS-2000 includes a fully functional timekeeping system:

• Accommodates any length payroll period
• Each employee can be assigned multiple jobs and pay rates
• Clock times/hours can be edited with proper authority
• Summary information is reported by job code
• Time clock data is available to a PC host through polling

Integrated Credit Card Processing
Both cash and electronic payment sales can be processed in a single step at the SAM4s SPS-2000 with an optional DataTranTM integrated payment terminal.

• The SPS-2000 is electronic payment and gift processing ready – no additional software modules are required.
• Free gift card processing is available through selected processing partners.
• Fast 2-Second IP Processing can be completed using an IPTranTM terminal or PC equipped with IPEnablerTM software and a persistent Internet connection.

With the SPS-2000, you allocate system memory to meet your specific needs. The maximum quantity of items and employees available in a system will depend upon the amount of memory installed and what other memory options you select. (When other memory and reporting requirements are adjusted, it is possible to design an application with item capacity over 20,000 price look-ups (PLUs). Similarly, with other options adjusted, an employee and/or guest check file could reach several hundred. Other memory options include:

• Rear customer display is included
• Magnetic Card Reader is included and can be used for employee log in, credit card and gift card purposes
