SDCR realizes that maintenance on your system is extremely important to running an efficient business profitably. SDCR services all types of equipment with a variety of service plans to meet the changing scope of business today. Options include.

Depot Exchange

  • Requests received by 3:00pm (PST – Pacific Standard Time) are processed that day; requests received after 3:00pm (PST – Pacific Standard Time), will be processed the next day and scheduled for delivery the following business day.
  • Part will ship directly to the customer’s site. The customer’s personnel will install the replacement part and return the failed part to SDCR. SDCR will pay for the shipping to the site and for the return. The failed part must be returned to SDCR within 30 days. If part is not received within the 30 days the client will be invoiced for the amount of the replacement part.
  • Excluding SDCR Holidays.

5 Day Field Service – Next Business Day (NBD)

  • Parts enrolled in this service offering are covered for part and technician service during regular business hours; Monday – Friday 8am-5pm local time.
  • Requests received by 5:00pm local time are processed that day. Requests received after 5:00pm local time will be processed the next business day and scheduled for delivery the following business day.
  • Parts ships directly to site and SDCR dispatched technician will meet the part on site. The technician works with help desk to install the replacement part and return the failed part to SDCR. SDCR pays shipping costs both ways.
  • Excluding SDCR Holidays.

7 Day Field Service – Next Calendar Day (NCD)

  • Parts enrolled in this service offering are covered for both part and technician service 7 days a week.
  • Requests received by 5:00pm local time are processed that day, requests received after 5:00pm local time will be processed the next calendar day and scheduled for delivery the following calendar day.
  • Part ships directly to the site and SDCR dispatched technician will meet the part on site. The technician works with help desk to install the replacement part and return the failed part to SDCR. SDCR pays shipping both ways.

Around-the-clock SDCR can dispatch local technicians to solve problems that you may be having with your hardware. You can count on SDCR to have POS equipment running when you need it.
